Turning Empty Houses into Homes
Your generous support of the Furniture Bank of Central Ohio helps impact the nearly 3,400 central Ohio families and individuals that we serve who are struggling with poverty and other severe life challenges. Having a bed to sleep in, a kitchen table to share a family meal and a dresser for their clothes can be the boost they need to further improve their lives.
Thousands of families in central Ohio are without the basic comforts of home. Please consider a generous donation to families in need. A gift of $250 will furnish a family’s home with furniture essential to daily life.
You can make a difference by donating and help turn an empty house into a home.
There are a variety of other ways to donate:

Furniture Donations
Furniture Bank of Central Ohio provides furniture to individuals and families in need so that we can achieve our goal for all families to live in furnished homes. We offer pickup at your location with a qualifying essential furniture item.
We also provide pickup of furniture at commercial and institutional locations – such as hotels, universities, furniture stores, and furnished apartment complexes – within three hours of Columbus, Ohio with qualified items. For more information, visit our furniture donation page.
