We will contact you to confirm a pickup date. You’ll also answer a few quick questions about your furniture as we pride ourselves on giving quality furniture to those in need.

On pick up day, our movers will arrive and do the heavy lifting!

Your furniture will be immediately placed in our showroom and will soon be selected by a family in need.

Pickup Options

Our pickup options must include at least one essential furniture item (box spring, chair, couch dresser, table, mattress or a large appliance) and meet our donation standards. Fees must be paid in advance, via check or over the phone via credit card. We do not accept cash at the time of pickup for safety reasons.


Next Business Day

$125 if scheduled by 12:00 pm one business day prior; must call (614) 545-3838 to schedule

2 to 5 Business Days

$50 if scheduled by 12:00 pm two business days prior to your desired pick up date




Last Saturday

$75 if scheduled by 4 pm the Thursday before the last Saturday of the month



Standard Free

One to three weeks in advance on our normal schedule for your area


Bulk Donations

We’ll pick up more than 10 furniture items or from outside of our traditional service area for a customized rate


Clean Outs

We will remove items from your location- including the disposal of items unacceptable for a donation for a customized rate


What Can You Donate?

If it’s in your home, chances are we can take it if it meets our donation standards. To qualify for a pickup, you must have an essential item– box spring, chairs, couches dressers, tables, mattress or a large appliance- marked with an asterisk below. Dropoffs are always welcomed at our warehouse in Franklinton during select hours.

Donation Standards

We pride ourselves on giving quality furniture to those in need. At the time of a donation, we will inspect items to assure they meet our donation standards. That means:

  • No rips, tears, stains, or tape patches in the fabric
  • No pet hair or pet stains embedded in the fibers
  • No bed bugs, fleas, cockroaches, or evidence of mice or other rodents or insects
  • No recalled or damaged items
  • Appliances must be working, with all parts, and must be clean
  • No urine, blood or other health risks

If we are unable to accept your items for donation for any of these reasons, we offer disposal for a fee.

Items we do not accept:

  • Cribs, car seats, high chairs or changing tables
  • Waterbeds
  • Platform beds
  • Captain’s beds
  • Trundle beds
  • Adjustable beds
  • Hospital beds
  • Large or metal desks
  • Metal filing cabinets
  • Office cubicles
  • Walkers or medical equipment
  • Dishwashers or other built-in appliances
  • Liquids
  • Pianos and organs
  • Firearms or firearm accessories
