Furniture Donations and COVID-19

We are following all federal, state, and local requirements for safe business operations. As a nonprofit organization, we are an essential business and are slowly transitioning towards our previous service levels. The health, well-being and safety of our client families, donors, and staff is our top focus.

We are now scheduling donation pickups. Pickups must include an essential item.

Free pickups must have items in a garage or porch for a non-contact pickup. Inside pickups will resume on May 11th for a $25 advance paid fee and are limited to 10 items. Larger pickups of more than 10 items will be available for a customized fee through our Downsize with a Heart service.

We are also accepting drop off donations on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 8:30 am and 1:30 pm at our warehouse in Franklinton located at 118 S. Yale Avenue.
