RACING TO RESTORE HOMES & HOPE: 2022 BED RACE TURNS 223 EMPTY HOUSES INTO HOMES!

Posted on October 20, 2022

We hosted our annual Bed Race at Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio on October 8th, and it was a major success! Twenty-seven teams raced their hearts out for the chance to win the title of Bed Race Champion. KPMG Dino-Mite raced to 1st place in the Just For Fun Division and Team Furniture Bank took the gold in the competitive division. Since 2016, our race to restore hope and homes has hosted hundreds of competitors, and helped thousands of families, 87% of which earn less than $18,000 a year. This year’s race to restore hope raised over $55,000 to turn 223 empty houses into homes of hope! We couldn’t have done it without our wonderful racers, volunteers, corporate sponsors, donors, and staff. Our Bed Race put the FUN in fundraising, and we are already excited for next year, when our Bed Race will return Saturday, October 14th. We hope to see you there!
