This week we accomplished something amazing, our wonderful volunteers built our 16,000th dresser since the start of our woodshop in 2011; that’s over a thousand dressers a year! Our woodshop produces thousands of items every year, including bed frames, tables, and more. It provides families with brand new furniture, and allows us to furnish the homes of approximately 23 families a day. THANK YOU to all of our regular volunteers that helped make this happen, we couldn’t do it without you!
Interested in joining the woodshop volunteer crew? We are always in need of painters! After being built, the edges of each piece of furniture still need to be painted, to ensure our families are receiving pieces they can take pride in.
