The Furniture Bank provides many fun opportunities for volunteers to make real change – right within their own community!
Faith W: Faith (left) has been volunteering at the Furniture Bank for years and has even generously served as our Board Chair! Now, Faith serves as a Board Member and also volunteers to assist families as they pick out their furniture.
We are so fortunate to have such a generous, dedicated volunteer family to help us serve our neighbors in need. On average, more than 2,000 volunteers provided over 25,000 hours of service to help turn empty houses into homes!

Can children volunteer?
For thrift store opportunities:
We can take volunteers ages 13-17 if accompanied by a responsible 18+ adult.
For woodshop opportunities:
We can take any minor volunteers if accompanied by a responsible 18+ adult.
Do you take court-ordered volunteers?
